DWC IRC Channel

The Durban Wireless Comunity hosts it's own IRC server.
To connect to the IRC server, you need an IRC client such as MIRC.
If you are on the DWC network already, you can access it via 172.19.250.17 If you want to access it via the internet, connect to irc.dwc.za.net
The main channel is #dwc
Visitors are most welcome :)
Notes:
Our IRC Server is linked with the JAWUG server in Johannesburg - so if you connect to either irc.dwc.za.net or irc.jawug.za.net, you can join the same channels and chat with people who are connected to the other servers. This is great for redundancy - if one of the servers goes down we have a backup. Thank you to Jawug for this service.
Please note that we no longer utilise the #dwc channel on za.shadowfire.org.
